Fillings

Dental fillings are used to repair cavities in your teeth or broken teeth. We prefer to use tooth-coloured (white) fillings. A regular check-up is recommended for optimum oral health. It also means you’re less likely to need to see us for an

Root canal Treatment

Root canal treatment is designed to eliminate bacteria from the infected root canal, prevent reinfection, and save the natural tooth. When one undergoes a root canal, the inflamed or infected pulp is removed and the inside of the tooth is carefully cleaned and disinfected, then filled and sealed. A crown maybe recommended after root canal treatment.

Extraction/Surgical extraction

including wisdom teeth*

Tooth extraction is the removal of a tooth from your mouth. There are several reasons why your dentist may recommend tooth extraction:

  • The tooth is beyond repair

  • Gum disease

  • Crowded teeth

  • Impacted wisdom teeth

A surgical extraction is when gum tissue or bone removal is necessary in order to remove the tooth. This is common in heavily broken down teeth and wisdom teeth. No worries, though. With today's technology and dental advances, your comfort and safety will be supported.

Whitening

Teeth whitening treatments are a great option if you have stained teeth, perhaps as a result of smoking or drinking tea, coffee or alcohol – all of which can discolour them. We strongly encourage that you have your teeth cleaned by a dental professional prior to whitening treatment for the best result.

We will make custom-fit trays and provide bleaching gels for you to carry out the treatment at home.

Dentures

Removable partial denture replace the missing teeth, utilizing the remaining teeth to support and secure the removable partial denture.

Complete dentures replace teeth when all upper and/or lower teeth are missing.

Implants

A dental implant is a titanium implant that is placed into the jawbone to support an artificial tooth, crown or an appliance for multiple teeth. Dental implants can be used to replace a single tooth, a bridge or dentures.

Veneers, Crowns & bridges

Veneers are thin coverings made of porcelain that are bonded to the front of your teeth.

A crown is designed to protect vulnerable teeth. If you’re suffering from brittle or chipped teeth, a crown can encircle the affected tooth. Crowns are also a viable option for larger cavities than a filling.

A dental bridge “bridges” the space between two existing teeth. The crowns are placed on teeth on either side of the missing tooth/teeth with fake teeth in the middle.

Fissure sealants, fluoride application

Sealants are protective barriers that are painted onto your back teeth in a simple and painless process. It is a procedure focusing on the prevention of dental caries.

Fluoride application is used to help protect your teeth from the risk of dental caries. It works by strengthening and remineralizing enamel on top which helps it resist acid erosion.
